
The pressure to stay thin in an industry that's all about image is immense. It's easy to succumb to "alternative methods" to stay thin. But for those who choose to do it the right way, here are some ways I keep fit and full!

Skinny Wings
Marinade:
Wish Bone Fat-free Italian Dressing
Fresh, Chopped Garlic
Black Pepper
Let wings marinate in the refrigerator for 1-2hrs. Bake wings at 350 degrees until cooked.
Enjoy with a fresh Salad. My fav is Spring Mixed Salad tossed in Wish Bone Light Balsamic & Basil Vinagrette dressing with tomatoes, cucumbers and Sun-Dried Tomato marinated Feta Cheese.
Cucumbers are a low-calorie food that is extremely filling! EAt AWAY!

Being fit is a lifestyle!
